Job Summary

We are seeking a Python + AI Developer (Lead) with strong experience in Django or Flask and a solid foundation in AI/ML development. The ideal candidate will build scalable backend applications, develop intelligent APIs, and integrate AI/ML models into production-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services using Python, Django, or Flask
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs, including AI-powered endpoints
  • Develop, train, integrate, and deploy AI/ML models into backend applications
  • Work with LLMs, NLP, and data-driven AI solutions
  • Write clean, reusable, testable, and efficient Python code
  • Optimize application and model performance for scalability and reliability
  • Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and ORM frameworks
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, data scientists, and QA teams
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best engineering practices
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications and AI services across environments

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python
  • Hands-on experience with Django or Flask
  • Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Experience with AI/ML libraries such as:
    • TensorFlow
    • PyTorch
    • Scikit-learn
  • Exposure to LLM/NLP/Generative AI frameworks:
    • LangChain
    • Hugging Face
    • OpenAI APIs
  • Experience with databases:
    • PostgreSQL
    • MySQL
    • MongoDB
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
