About the Role
The Workday HRIS Analyst is a key role in our Workday AMS/Post-Production support team responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of our customer’s Workday production systems. They will augment customer teams to enable a stable production environment while bringing their prior HRIS experience to support enhancements and maximize the value customers get from Workday,
The Opportunity And Responsibilities
- Partner with customer teams live on Workday to support end users via resolving issues, ensuring data integrity, addressing integration issues, and achieving greater process efficiencies.
- Manage/support Workday system modules and integrations, support semi-annual upgrade processes, and deploy new functionality as approved
- Facilitate problem solving between third party vendors, customer resources, and subject matter experts/process owners.
- Support Workday functionality and integration utilizing required data software tools including Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, XML, or Web Service Calls.
- Create test scripts, document test scenarios, and perform testing activities of HR systems during semi-annual release upgrades or launch of new features.
- Work effectively to support client satisfaction and success, while growing USTs footprint and reputation
- Work with internal UST product teams to leverage internal capabilities and accelerators for our customers
- 6 to 8 years of Workday experience in a customer facing or AMS/post-production support capacity.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating to Workday functionality, including associated testing routines to validate solutions before moving them to production
- Configuration skills to implement new Workday functionality, improve existing functionality, and create custom reports or simple integrations.
- Have led or assisted in managing annual HR processes, such as annual compensation planning and open enrollment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while not losing focus on quality.
- Strong communication, presentation, and Analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality.
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction while effectively managing client expectations.
- You have or were Workday certified (pro certifications count!) in one or more HCM modules
- Phase 1 or Phase X Workday deployment experience
