Role Description Job Title: DevOps Engineer ? Ansible / Terraform / Kubernetes Location: [Insert Location or ?Remote / Hybrid?] Experience 5?7 Years Job Type Full-Time | [Permanent / Contract] Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with 5?7 years of experience in infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and container orchestration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools like Ansible , Terraform , Kubernetes , GitLab CI , and modern monitoring platforms. This is a critical role focused on enabling fast, secure, and reliable delivery pipelines, infrastructure automation, and robust system observability. You will work with cross-functional engineering teams to streamline development-to-production workflows and ensure high availability of services. Key Responsibilities Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI to support build, test, and deployment workflows. Manage and scale containerized applications using Kubernetes and Helm. Monitor infrastructure and applications using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Splunk, and Dynatrace. Administer and manage Docker containers and container registries. Support and troubleshoot message brokers like RabbitMQ and databases like SQL DB. Create and maintain PowerShell or shell scripts for automation tasks. Implement infrastructure and application-level security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures. Collaborate with developers to ensure DevOps best practices are followed across projects. Required Skills & Experience 5?7 years of relevant DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience. Hands-on expertise with: Ansible for configuration management Terraform for infrastructure as code Kubernetes for container orchestration GitLab CI or similar CI/CD tools Docker for containerization Monitoring and observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace, CloudWatch Helm for Kubernetes package management SQL-based databases and RabbitMQ messaging PowerShell or other scripting languages Experience with deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure and services. Nice To Have Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP environments. Exposure to IaC testing and policy-as-code tools (e.g., Terratest, OPA). Certification in Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) or cloud platforms is a plus. Strong understanding of system security and DevSecOps principles. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
