Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain custom HubSpot CMS themes , templates, modules, and landing pages. Translate design mockups (Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD) into fully responsive, pixel-perfect HubSpot templates . Build and optimize custom HubL modules for dynamic content and reusable components. Ensure cross-browser compatibility , mobile responsiveness, and high accessibility standards. Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to deliver engaging digital experiences. Optimize site performance including page load times, SEO, and accessibility . Manage HubSpot CMS assets using Design Manager and HubSpot CLI . Provide technical guidance on HubSpot CMS capabilities and limitations. Stay current with HubSpot CMS updates , features, and best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve site issues quickly and effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications 3-5 years of professional experience developing with HubSpot CMS. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript , and HubL (HubSpot Markup Language) . Experience building custom HubSpot themes, templates, and modules . Solid understanding of HubSpot Design Manager, CMS CLI , and drag-and-drop editors . Proven experience developing responsive, SEO-friendly, and accessible websites . Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind, or Flexbox). Basic understanding of HubSpot CRM structure as it relates to CMS content personalization. Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, maintainable code. Experience working with version control (e.g., Git) is a plus. HubSpot CMS Developer Certification is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue) in HubSpot via custom modules. Understanding of HubDB and dynamic content rendering in HubSpot. Familiarity with HubSpot Smart Content and personalization strategies. Basic knowledge of APIs and HubSpot CRM data usage within CMS templates
