Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation Specialist role based in Delhi, India. The Lead Generation Specialist will identify, research, and qualify new leads for WebNormie’s website and automation services, focusing on small businesses, startups, and growing brands. Responsibilities include building and maintaining lead lists, reaching out to prospects via calls, emails, and messaging platforms, and scheduling discovery or sales meetings for the sales or founder team. The role involves tracking lead activity in CRM or lead management tools, following up consistently to nurture interest, and providing clear handoffs of qualified opportunities. The specialist will also collaborate with marketing and sales to refine lead criteria, improve outreach scripts, and share feedback from potential clients.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Proven ability in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads for digital or service-based businesses.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and comfort with client-facing conversations.
- Basic to intermediate Sales skills, including objection handling and lead qualification.
- Research skills to find, analyze, and segment potential clients across industries and platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM or lead tracking tools and comfort working with spreadsheets or databases.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work with daily and monthly targets.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Prior experience in B2B lead generation, SDR, telecalling, or inside sales is preferred.
- Interest in websites, digital marketing, or automation solutions is an advantage.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus, or equivalent practical experience.
