Hiring: Lead Generation Executive (Digital Marketing Agency)
Pink Shadow Media & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Lead Generation Executive to drive both domestic and international client acquisition for our digital marketing and web solutions services.
📍 Job Location: Bardhaman (On-site)
- Identify and generate leads through online research and databases
- Execute cold calling, cold emailing, and outreach campaigns
- Bid on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour
- Understand client requirements and prepare initial communication
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development team
- Maintain lead pipeline and follow-ups
- Support international lead generation initiatives
- Strong communication skills (English is mandatory)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing & web services
- Knowledge of freelancing platforms and bidding
- Proactive, target-driven mindset
- 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with strong communication can apply)
