Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our sales pipeline. You will be responsible for identifying target prospects, conducting multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn & Email), and booking qualified meetings for our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Research and build lists of target companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools.
  • Outreach: Execute personalized outreach campaigns via LinkedIn (connection requests/InMails) and cold email.
  • Engagement: Manage daily follow-ups and respond to initial inquiries to gauge interest.
  • CRM Management: Keep our lead database updated with accurate contact info and status notes.
  • Appointment Setting: Coordinate with the sales team to schedule discovery calls for qualified leads.


Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and B2B research.
  • Experience with outreach tools (e.g., Lemlist, Instantly, or HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Highly organized and comfortable hitting daily/weekly activity targets.
