Job Description:
We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Java Developer to design and build high-quality software applications while leading development initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable applications using Java and modern web technologies.
- Lead and mentor developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best development practices.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications for performance.
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in Java and Object-Oriented Programming
- Experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture
- Frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React / Angular
- Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is preferred
