About the Role We are looking for a high-performing Lead Full Stack Engineer skilled in Next.js, React.js, Node.js , and modern backend engineering. This role requires strong technical ownership, architectural decision-making, and leadership capabilities. The candidate will lead development, code quality, delivery, and best practices across web platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of frontend & backend developers. Architect, design, and develop high-performance, scalable web applications . Own and manage development using Next.js, React.js, and Node.js . Build reusable UI components, SSR/SSG solutions, and API integrations. Design backend services, REST APIs, microservices, and integrations. Optimize applications for speed, SEO, and performance . Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive best practices. Work with product & design teams to translate business requirements. Manage deployments, CI/CD, debugging, and performance tuning. Ensure security standards, error handling, and monitoring practices. Take complete ownership of end-to-end delivery. Must-Have Skills Frontend Next.js (Mandatory) React.js, React Hooks & Context API TypeScript , TenStack Query, Nuqs SSR, SSG, ISR, and routing in Next.js Component architecture & performance optimization Tailwind CSS / ShadCN / Styled Components Backend Node.js Prisma ORM Express.js / Nest.js (either one) REST APIs & microservice architecture Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OAuth, Sessions) Database experience: MongoDB and PostgreSQL API performance tuning & caching (Redis preferred) DevOps / Tools Git, GitHub/GitLab Docker, CI/CD pipelines Deployment on AWS / DigitalOcean Logging & monitoring (CloudWatch / PM2 / Grafana) Soft Skills Strong leadership & team mentoring Excellent communication & problem-solving Ownership mindset
