Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Full Stack Developer at our Bengaluru South office. In this role, you will lead the development and deployment of scalable web applications, managing both front-end and back-end development processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive software design decisions, and oversee the integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic. As an early-stage startup, this is an unpaid opportunity for the initial 6-12 months until funding is secured, with a post-launch salary offering. Qualifications Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development Experience with Front-End Development including technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Strong skills in Full-Stack Development, including proficiency in integrating front-end and back-end systems Knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for styling and designing responsive web interfaces Proven leadership and team collaboration skills in a software development setting Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in a startup environment is advantageous Problem-solving attitude and a strong passion for innovation
