MRC Logistics is a leading tech-enabled logistics company transforming the Indian supply chain through modern technology and innovation. We serve 500+ customers through our nationwide network of 90+ branches, offering B2B FTL/PTL freight and supply chain management services.

We are expanding our in-house engineering team and are looking for a Lead Frontend Developer who can help define how frontend is built across the company. We want someone who can bring structure, quality, consistency, and strong frontend judgment to our growing product suite.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of strong frontend engineering experience
• In-depth knowledge of modern frameworks like React and strong mastery of TypeScript
• Strong understanding of component architecture, state management, rendering behavior, and scalable frontend patterns
• Experience building or maintaining reusable component libraries or design systems
• Strong eye for UI quality, consistency, spacing, visual hierarchy, and product polish
• Experience owning frontend quality in a team setting through code reviews, architecture decisions, and refactoring
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, performant frontend code
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.

Bonus Points for:

• Prior experience in a SaaS or product-focused engineering environment
• Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or operations tech
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated checks, linting, and production deployment workflows
