Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Frontend Developer located in Dadri. The Lead Frontend Developer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing responsive web interfaces. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading frontend development processes, optimizing the performance of applications, ensuring UI/UX functionality, and maintaining code quality. The role also involves mentoring junior developers and staying updated on the latest web technologies to provide innovative solutions. Qualifications Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with experience in frontend frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js Expertise in UI/UX design principles, responsive design, and creating user-friendly web interfaces Experience with version control systems like Git and familiarity with Agile development methodologies Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to write clean and efficient code Excellent communication and leadership abilities to mentor team members effectively Ability to work and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Knowledge of backend development technologies and principles is a plus
