What Youll Do

Build and own high-performance, scalable React UI systems for AI-enabled and agentic workflows.

Turn complex product and data problems into simple, intuitive, production-ready interfaces.

Drive UI architecture, component strategy, and performance across critical user journeys.

Work hands-on with backend, product, and design teams to ship end-to-end features.

Own UI quality metrics across performance, accessibility, reliability, and adoption.

Cut through ambiguity by making clear technical decisions and trade-offs.

Raise the bar through strong code reviews, best practices, and hands-on mentoring.

Must-Haves

What You Bring:

Proven experience building and scaling large, user-facing web applications used by consumers or enterprise users.

Strong ability to translate complex workflows, data, and requirements into intuitive, performant, and maintainable UI experiences.

Deep hands-on expertise with React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, state management, and front-end architecture.

Solid understanding of performance optimization, responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

Strong collaboration skills with backend engineering, product, design, and data teams.

High ownership mindset with the ability to lead UI initiatives in ambiguous problem spaces.

Clear, structured communication and the ability to influence technical decisions and UI standards.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience building UI for AI-powered or agentic workflows, dashboards, or decision-support systems.

Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and frontend platform thinking.

Exposure to cloud-based architectures, frontend observability, or micro-frontend patterns.

Experience working in high-growth product teams or at scale in complex, fast-moving environments.
