About the Company

A fast-growing US fintech is scaling its India team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a finance lead. You will set the analytical foundation for a company moving real money at speed, with the room to define how the function works. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Lead Financial Analyst, you will own the analytical engine of the business, setting modelling standards, guiding a small team, and turning unit economics into decisions leadership can act on.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Modelling

• Own the core financial model and unit-economics framework
• Set standards for forecasting, reporting, and analysis
• Guide and review the work of junior analysts

Business Partnering

• Partner with product, growth, and ops on key metrics and spend
• Lead board and investor reporting with crisp narrative
• Build the dashboards that track revenue, margin, and burn

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5 to 10 years in FP&A, finance, or analytics, including a lead role
• Expert financial modelling and a sharp commercial instinct
• Confident communicating with founders and senior leaders
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, payments, or a high-growth startup
• Hands-on with SQL and a BI tool such as Looker or Tableau
• CFA, CA, or an MBA in Finance
