Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer – HVAC to lead the design, drafting, and implementation of comprehensive heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for large-scale commercial and industrial projects. The role involves utilizing advanced industry software and adhering to international standards to deliver efficient, reliable, and sustainable HVAC solutions. Key responsibilities include conducting detailed load calculations, selecting appropriate equipment, and ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, safety requirements, and energy efficiency regulations. The Lead Engineer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including mechanical, electrical, civil, and architectural engineers—to integrate HVAC systems seamlessly into overall project designs. Additional duties include preparing technical specifications, reviewing vendor proposals, supervising installation and commissioning activities, and resolving complex design challenges. The position also requires mentoring junior engineers, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Strong expertise in HVAC design tools, energy modeling, and familiarity with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, and international standards is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex projects while driving innovation in sustainable HVAC solutions.
