In this role, you'll guide a small team of engineers, drive end-to-end technical execution, and collaborate with global product, design, and data teams to build intuitive, high-performance analytics experiences. What You'll Do > Build modern, scalable UIs using React and TypeScript for rich data visualization and authoring workflows. > Design and deliver backend services and APIs in Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django). > Lead and mentor a small team of full stack engineers, ensuring high technical standards and code quality. > Collaborate with cross-geo product managers, designers, and data engineers to bring analytics concepts to life. > Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance across the full stack. What You'll Bring > 6 or more years of full-stack development experience with strong expertise in React and Python. > Proven experience building complex, customer-facing applications or analytics dashboards. > Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and frontend-backend integration. > Experience with data visualization frameworks (e.g., D3.js, Recharts, Plotly). > Hands-on with SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and modern CI/CD pipelines. > Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring engineers and driving technical direction.
