Role Description

The Lead Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position located in Tirunelveli. The role involves overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of solar power systems, ensuring adherence to technical and safety standards. The Lead Engineer will manage project teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure project deadlines and quality benchmarks are met. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and clients is a key aspect of this role, requiring a proactive approach to solving engineering challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in electrical engineering, power systems, and renewable energy technologies
• Proven expertise in project management, including planning, execution, and team coordination
• Experience with troubleshooting, system design, and quality control
• Proficiency with engineering tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVsyst)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
• Industry certifications such as PMP or certifications in solar energy systems are advantageous
• Prior experience in solar energy projects or renewable energy sector preferred
