Profile Description We?re seeking someone to join our Enterprise Technology team as a Dot Net Fullstack Architect, in Workforce Technology & Services to Dot Net Fullstack Architecture & Development In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is Vice President position that develops and maintains software solutions that support business needs. What You?ll Do In The Role Work as a liaison between the business and development team in all phases of development from solution definition to deployment. Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional, technical and system specifications. Responsible for the development, maintenance and support of multiple distributed applications Contributing to 24x7 availability and scalability of the solutions Analyzing existing designs and interfaces and creating design extensions or enhancements Designing and enhancing UIs with a focus on the user experience Testing software designs and solutions (including debugging and troubleshooting) What You?ll Bring To The Role Strong experience in Dot Net application/system design and development. 6+ years of experience preferable as a .Net Developer with Strong analytical skills and programming skills. At least 3+ years of experience using angular/React. Good Angular/React experience is needed for the role. Relevant experience with business requirements, structured analysis, process design, UML process and use case definition. Experience with Agile development methodologies, TDD, BDD and continuous integration Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Capable of collaborating effectively across a variety of Technology and Business groups. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent understating of OOO, design patterns, Unit testing, Multi-threading, Inversion Of Control, microservices.
