Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Lead to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET Core , Angular , ReactJS , and AWS , with proven leadership capabilities to guide a team of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using .NET Core and modern front-end frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices. Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines on AWS. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack. Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose their adoption when beneficial. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience in software development. Strong expertise in .NET Core and C#. Hands-on experience with Angular and ReactJS . Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.). Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with version control systems like Git. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and team collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
