Job Title: Lead .NET Developer Experience: 10?15 Years Working Model: Hybrid (3 Days Work from office) Location: Noida Sector 62 Mandatory Skills: Microsoft Technologies, ASP .Net, SQL, AI, Architectural Patterns, HTML, CSS, Linux, Python, AI Powered Tools Client Expectation: Job Summary We are seeking a .NET Senior Professional who can gather user requirements, define system functionality and can write code in.NET programming languages. You are expected to learn new technologies that require for the project tasks and implementation. You will spend most of your time developing clean, well-designed, well-designed code and automated unit tests. He/she is also responsible for adhering to PHP development frameworks & best practices and following industry standard best processes. In addition, the senior developer will help team members understand their tasks and review their quality of work, directing them in the most efficient way to build high quality product and stay on target. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential. You will be reporting to the Manager. Points to evaluate the candidate: 1. .NET - Basic to Advanced Questions- Design pattern (Frontend- Any JS Framework) 2. Al- Willingness to Learn and adoption 3. Frontend - Know How- Willingness to Learn 4. Database - SQL 5. Cloud- Good to have 6. Microservices - Architecture Level 7. Excellent Comm skills Key Responsibilities Collaborate with architects, BAs, and cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and define system functionality. Design scalable software architecture and develop robust applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and SQL Server . Develop, test, deploy, and maintain web/desktop applications. Refactor, debug, and optimize existing code and components. Create and maintain technical documentation. Lead and mentor developers; review code and enforce best engineering practices. Support Agile ceremonies (may act as Scrum Master). Enhance integrations between applications, APIs, and microservices. Evaluate and adopt new tools/technologies to enhance system performance. Utilize AI tools (Copilot, Codex, Gemini, etc.) for coding, testing, and documentation. Requirements 10?15 years software development experience; 7+ years in Microsoft stack. Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server , REST/RPC patterns. Hands-on experience with Angular/React/Vue , HTML5, CSS3, and front-back integration. Solid Agile/Scrum experience; ability to lead sprints. Strong debugging, problem-solving, unit testing, and automation skills. Experience with microservices , API integrations, OAuth/JWT, Swagger, Postman, Datadog. Additional advantage: PHP, SaaS, MySQL, Linux, Python. Basic understanding of AWS cloud services. Ability to build complex modules independently and mentor junior team members. Experience with AI-assisted development tools preferred.
