Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Data Scientist (Team Lead) position located in Gandhinagar. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead and execute data analysis projects, apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques, and deliver actionable insights. Responsibilities include designing data models, leading data analytics teams, developing data-driven strategies, creating data visualizations, and presenting findings to stakeholders to support informed decision-making. Qualifications Proficiency in Data Science, including applying machine learning techniques and working with large datasets Strong foundation in core Statistics and advanced statistical modeling Skills in Data Analytics and AI/ML, including extracting actionable insights from complex datasets Experience with Data Visualization tools to effectively communicate insights Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred Proficiency in AI/ML Minimum experience of 5 Years required
