Qualification: ???Any Degree About the Role We are seeking an experienced Data Science Lead to drive our AI and ML initiatives. You will lead a growing team of data scientists, oversee end-to-end machine learning solution development, and translate complex business challenges into data-driven insights and models. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and interns, fostering growth and technical excellence. Plan, prioritize, and manage projects aligned with organizational goals. Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end ML systems ? from data acquisition to model production. Stay ahead of AI/ML advancements and implement state-of-the-art research into practical applications. Drive innovation in generative AI and large language model (LLM) projects. Collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical teams to identify opportunities and deliver impactful solutions. Present insights, findings, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders in a clear and effective manner. Required Skills: Experience: 7+ years in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields. Proven experience managing senior and junior data scientists in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and project management skills. Hands-on expertise in Python, object-oriented programming, and data structures/algorithms. Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and applied mathematics. Proficiency with ML/DL libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch. Deep experience with ML algorithms including Regression, Gradient Descent, Decision Trees, and SVM. Proven expertise with Transformer architectures and Large Language Models (LLMs). Experience building LLM applications using frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex. Ability to interpret and implement advanced ML research papers into production-ready solutions. Strong communication skills and comfort in presenting to clients and leadership teams. Preferred Skills Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Familiarity with MLOps tools for model deployment and monitoring. Prior experience in AI strategy or product innovation initiatives.
