We’re Hiring: Lead Business Analyst
Hyderabad | Work From Office | Full-Time
At Kalo Tech Studio, we build scalable, AI-powered products and enterprise solutions for global markets. We’re looking for a Lead Business Analyst to drive end-to-end requirement ownership and lead high-impact product initiatives.
As a Lead Business Analyst, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, lead requirement discussions, and ensure business needs are translated into robust, scalable technical solutions. You will also mentor a junior BA and contribute to improving overall delivery quality.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions, stakeholder workshops, and client discussions
- Own and standardize documentation: BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows
- Mentor and guide junior Business Analysts
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams
- Conduct GAP analysis, feasibility studies, and solution design discussions
- Maintain and oversee Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Drive UAT planning and coordination with stakeholders
- Identify risks early and ensure proactive resolution
- Strong expertise in Business Analysis documentation & processes
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio / Lucidchart, Balsamiq / Figma
- Basic knowledge of SQL & Postman (API validation)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- 6–10 years of Business Analysis experience
- Minimum 2 years in a Senior/Lead BA role
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or MBA
- Strong stakeholder management & leadership skills
- ₹10 – ₹18 LPA (based on experience)
