Job Title: Consultant

Experience required: 12+ Years

Location: Noida

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Be the liaison between the business units, and technology teams.
  • Requirements Discussion with clients and Understand Client Objectives
  • Elicit customer requirements using different tools like interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis and workflow analysis.
  • Translate customer requirements and business needs into application and operational requirements
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers, analyze functional requirements, and deliver Business Requirements Document including process flows, wireframes etc.
  • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts - Successfully engage in multiple engagements simultaneously
  • Work independently with minimal or no supervision - Engineering/Business Analysis experience with a successful track successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously ?
  • Engineering/consulting experience with a successful track record
  • Conduct Training or Demo for Clients / System Users
  • Ready for Travel (Short Term and Long Term)

Skills Required

  • Strong analytical skills required - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • BPMN Tool, MS Visio, Axure, Proto.io, Draw.io, JIRA etc.
  • Proficiency in office tools (e.g. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong experience with stakeholders' management

Type Of Candidate Needed

Candidates having the following experience will be suitable:

  • Development side + Business analyst/Presales + Project management Exposure?

OR

  • Presales or Business Analyst Experience with Engineering (BE/B Tech.) Background

OR

  • QA?with Technical Background + Business Analyst or Presales Experience
  • Candidates from point#1 will be the ideal candidates.
  • Preferred technology Stack is Open Source, but other technical background candidates will be fine if willing to work in Open Source technology stack
  • Experience with Overseas clients is a must (preferred US and European Clients)
  • Onsite exposure would be added advantage
