Role: Business Analyst ( General Insurance Claims domain)

Experience as a Business Analyst in the General insurance Claims domainAble to elicit comprehensive requirements and achieve consensus from stakeholders using a variety of analysis techniques, including workshop facilitationSolid experience creating Epics and User Stories using Confluence and JiraGood understanding of Use Cases, Value Streams and Personas Can apply recognised industry standard modelling techniques including data modelling and BPMNGreat stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levelsAn agile mindset, with a flexible and adaptable approach to delivering against business priorities Able to work autonomously with minimal day to day direction and to support more junior members of the team in their work

Specific (desirable)

Experience and knowledge of BMP Claims or other mainstream Claims platform
