We are seeking an experienced Lead Backend Developer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET Core and C#, with expertise in Web API's, MVC, and Azure. The successful candidate will lead the development of our backend systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of backend systems using .NET Core and C#
Design and implement scalable, reliable, and high-performance Web API's and MVC applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and industry trends
Develop and maintain Azure-based solutions, including microservices and API's
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements

8-12 years of experience in .NET Core and C# development
Strong expertise in Web API's, MVC, and Azure
Experience with microservices and API development
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
