Lead Architect – Residential & Commercial Projects (Gurgaon)

We are a growing real estate group focused on premium residential and commercial developments, and are looking to onboard a technically strong, design-driven Senior Architect who can take ownership from concept to execution.

We are looking to onboard a talented architect with a strong sense of design sensitivity and detailing to contribute to our upcoming projects.

🔹 Role Overview:

• Lead architectural planning and design for builder floors, villas, gated communities, and commercial developments
• Prepare and review concept layouts, schematic designs, and working drawings
• Develop efficient unit planning, core planning (lifts/staircases), parking layouts, and circulation design
• Design elevations, façades, and ensure alignment with premium positioning
• Work on clubhouse planning, amenities zoning, and landscape integration
• Ensure compliance with local building bye-laws, NBC norms, fire norms, and approval requirements
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, HVAC, fire, and landscape consultants
• Review GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Conduct site visits and design audits to ensure execution as per drawings
• Work closely with internal teams including interiors and 3D visualization

🔹 Preferred Background:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Architecture from reputed institutes such as School of Planning and Architecture Delhi, CEPT University, or equivalent
• 10-12years of experience with reputed architecture firms or developers such as DLF Limited, Godrej Properties, Morphogenesis, etc.
• Experience in residential (builder floors / group housing) and commercial projects

🔹 Key Technical Skill Sets:

• Strong expertise in unit planning, FAR optimization, and space efficiency
• Working knowledge of building bye-laws, sanction drawings, and approval processes
• Understanding of basement planning, stilt parking, services integration (MEP coordination)
• Ability to prepare and review working drawings, detail drawings, and GFC sets
• Knowledge of material specifications, façade detailing, and construction methods
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire systems coordination
• Exposure to clubhouse design, amenities planning, and landscape coordination
• Software proficiency: AutoCAD (must), SketchUp, Revit (preferred), MS Excel for BOQs
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and site-oriented approach
