Job Title: Lead Android Developer Location: Mohali (On-site) Experience Required: 8+Years Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our Digital Engineering team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Kotlin, Java and modern Android development practices, with a proven ability to deliver scalable and high quality mobile applications. Key Responsibilities Design, prototype, and develop Android solutions for multi-country, multi-brand environments. Collaborate with product owners, architects, backend, UX and QA teams for seamless delivery. Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality practices and agile methodologies. Translate business requirements into secure, efficient and scalable mobile applications. Requirements Minimum 8 + years of Android development experience. Hands-on experience with Kotlin (5+ year) and Java (5+ years) . Proficiency in MVVM architecture, REST APIs, Android components and unit testing. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/XP), TDD/BDD and design patterns. Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
