Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Core Responsibilities Implement and maintain PyTorch-based training and inference pipelines. Develop modular, reusable code for data handling, model serving, and evaluation. Optimize code to run faster and keep accuracy Optimize data transfer between systems (e.g., Windows ? Linux), including gRPC or other protocols. Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and CI/CD practices. Support deployment of models into production environments or internal tools. Collaborate with the algorithm expert to translate research into scalable solutions. Minimum Qualifications Qualifications/Requirements: Required: MS/MTech degree with 5 or more years of Algorithm development experience. Required: Strong Python and PyTorch engineering skills. Required: Knowledge of software testing, version control, and deployment best practices. Preferred: Experience with data serialization and transfer protocols (e.g., gRPC, protobuf, shared memory).
