Key Responsibilities: Lead the? end-to-end lifecycle? of AI/ML projects ? from problem definition, data acquisition, model design, and training to deployment and monitoring. Architect and implement? scalable ML pipelines and MLOps frameworks? for efficient model delivery. Develop and optimize? machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI models? for various business use cases (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics). Collaborate with data engineers to ensure? data quality, integrity, and accessibility? across multiple systems. Mentor and guide junior data scientists and ML engineers in best practices and emerging AI technologies. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to? translate business challenges into AI/ML solutions . Evaluate and implement? state-of-the-art AI frameworks, libraries, and tools? to enhance performance and scalability. Continuously monitor and improve model performance through retraining and drift detection. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in? Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field . 8+ years of hands-on experience? in AI/ML model development, deployment, and maintenance. Expertise in? Python ,? TensorFlow ,? PyTorch ,? Scikit-learn ,? Pandas , and? NumPy . Good to Have: Experience in? Generative AI ,? LLM integration , or? AI-driven automation . Knowledge of? data engineering? and? big data ecosystems? (Spark, Databricks, Hadoop). Exposure to? CRM data modeling ,? data quality frameworks , or? data governance tools .
