Key Responsibilities

  • TNI → Customized Learning Solutions
  • Convert TNI outcomes into targeted learning pathways and interventions.
  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to diagnose capability gaps.
  • Co-create role- and level-specific solutions aligned to business priorities and competency frameworks.
  • Program Design, Facilitation & Learning Effectiveness
  • Design behavioural and capability-building programs using adult learning principles for individual contributors and people managers.
  • Facilitate virtual/in-person sessions to ensure coverage of relevant populations.
  • Assess participant feedback and learning effectiveness (L1/L2) and ensure post-program nudges for application.
  • Mandatory & Enterprise Programs
  • Lead rollout and coverage of mandatory learning programs (e.g., ABG – Lead The Change, compliance programs).
  • Leverage ABG/ABCU/DEI learning avenues to fulfil TNI outcomes and ensure equitable access.
  • Data, Dashboards & Governance
  • Manage L&D training data, coverage dashboards, and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Maintain data accuracy and compliance with governance standards.
  • Learning Impact & Application
  • Enable measurement of knowledge transfer and application for flagship interventions (L3 where applicable).
  • Publish insights and recommendations; continuously improve program design and delivery.

Role Purpose / Summary

This role is responsible for translating Training Needs Identification (TNI) insights into effective and customized learning solutions that build behavioural and leadership capabilities at scale. The incumbent partners closely with business stakeholders to design and deliver interventions, drive adoption of digital learning platforms, enable mandatory learning coverage, and manage learning data and dashboards to ensure reach, relevance, and measurable impact across a diverse employee base.
