Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Laundry Attendant located in Patna. The role involves operating and maintaining laundry equipment, washing, drying, and folding garments and linen according to company standards. Additional responsibilities include sorting laundry, identifying and treating stains, handling delicate fabrics with care, and ensuring that customer orders are completed on time. The Laundry Attendant will also maintain cleanliness and organization within the laundry facility.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of operating and maintaining laundry equipment, including washing machines, dryers, and pressing tools
• Ability to sort and separate laundry based on type, color, and fabric requirements
• Strong attention to detail for identifying stains and treating them appropriately
• Time management and organizational skills to meet order deadlines and keep the facility well-organized
• Customer-oriented attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Physical stamina to perform tasks like lifting, folding, and standing for extended periods
• Previous experience in laundry services, housekeeping, or a similar field is a plus
• Knowledge of eco-friendly laundry practices is an advantage
