This full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow is for a Last Mile Delivery Center Partner. The responsibilities include managing day-to-day last-mile delivery operations, overseeing delivery performance, resolving logistics challenges, and ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries. The Delivery Center Partner will collaborate with logistics teams, monitor operational metrics, and maintain service quality standards to provide a seamless experience for customers and stakeholders.

• Proven expertise in Operations Management and Last-Mile Delivery processes
• Experience with logistics coordination and performance monitoring
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Proficiency in using technology and tools for tracking and managing deliveries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Educational qualification in supply chain management, business administration, or related fields is preferred
