Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Nashik for a Laser Cutting Machine Operator. Responsibilities include setting up and operating laser cutting machines, programming and adjusting settings for precision cutting, maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality control of finished products. The operator will handle raw materials, monitor production processes, and adhere to safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

Proficiency in operating and programming laser cutting machines
Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical issues
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files
Understanding of quality control procedures and safety protocols
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment is preferred
Technical certification or diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering is advantageous
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
