Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Laser Cutting Machine Operator located in Hosur. The Laser Cutting Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring CNC laser cutting machines. Daily tasks include preparing and setting up machines for production, reading and interpreting technical drawings or blueprints, inspecting finished products for quality assurance, maintaining equipment, performing basic troubleshooting, and adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications

Experience in operating CNC laser cutting machines and familiarity with machine maintenance
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints
Knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving basic mechanical issues
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality control
Understanding and adherence to workplace safety standards
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in manufacturing or a related field is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is an advantage
