Senior Laravel Developer (5+ Years) ? Ahmedabad Immediate Joiner Preferred About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Laravel 11 Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of a high-performance, scalable web application. This is a hands-on role where you will architect complex backend systems, optimize workflows, and ensure the highest standards of code quality. The project leverages Laravel Queues, Events, Workers, AI integrations, and is deployed via CI/CD pipelines on Azure. You will not only write code but also drive architecture decisions, mentor team members, and ensure maintainable and scalable systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: System Architecture & Development ?????????Architect and implement complex, modular, and scalable backend systems using Laravel 11. ?????????Design and optimize queues, events, jobs, and workers for asynchronous and high-load processing. ?????????Integrate AI/ML services into the application to enhance functionality. ?????????Ensure clean, maintainable, and secure code following SOLID principles and Laravel best practices. Database & Performance ?????????Design and manage relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) with optimized queries, indexes, and migrations . ?????????Implement caching strategies (Redis/Laravel Cache) for improved performance. ?????????Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose scalable solutions. DevOps & Deployment ?????????Manage code versioning using Git with structured branching strategies. ???????? ?Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. ?????????Deploy and manage applications on Azure (App Service, Containers, Storage). Team Leadership & Collaboration ?????????Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices. ?????????Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define technical solutions. ?????????Drive technical decisions and contribute to the overall architecture strategy. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: ???????? ?5+ years of hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel (Laravel 11 preferred). ?????????Strong expertise with queues, events, jobs, and workers. ?????????Proven experience in REST API design, authentication and integrations. ?????????Deep knowledge of MySQL, database design, optimization, and migrations. ?????????Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frontend integrations. ?????????Experience with Git, CI/CD, and cloud deployments (Azure preferred). ?????????Exposure to AI/ML API integration and building intelligent features. ?????????Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex systems. ?????????Excellent communication skills and experience mentoring developers. PREFERRED SKILLS: ?????????Experience with microservices architecture or containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes). ?????????Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks. ?????????Knowledge of server performance tuning, caching, and cloud scalability.
