Job Title: Laravel Developer (with Filament & Tailwind CSS) Location: Puducherry Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Work from Office (5 days) Experience Required: 3+ years Company: Cloudnausor Technologies Pvt Ltd Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using the Laravel framework. Implement and customise administrative interfaces and dashboards using Laravel Filament. Develop responsive and visually appealing user interfaces with Tailwind CSS. Collaborate with design and product teams to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional code. Integrate third-party APIs and services as required. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes. Manage databases and perform data migrations as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework. Extensive experience with Laravel Filament for building administrative panels and forms. Expertise in Tailwind CSS for rapid UI development and styling. Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Proficiency in database management, particularly MySQL. Experience with version control systems, especially Git. Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and MVC architecture. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and API development. Understanding of web security best practices. Desirable Skills (Plus Points): Experience with other front-end frameworks like Alpine.js or Livewire (TALL stack). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Digital Ocean, etc.). Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit). Experience with package development within the Laravel ecosystem.
