Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Landscape Assistant. The role is hybrid, requiring the candidate to be based in Palghat, with opportunities for remote work. The Landscape Assistant will collaborate with the design team on planning and implementing landscaping projects. Responsibilities include maintaining landscapes, planting, pruning, and performing site assessments, as well as supporting project plans, installation, and ensuring optimal upkeep.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of landscaping principles, horticulture practices, and experience in plant care, planting, and pruning.
• Technical expertise in using basic landscaping tools and equipment for garden maintenance and installations.
• Ability to assist in site evaluations, landscape planning, and project implementation.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with team members and clients.
• Time management skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• A degree or certification in landscaping, horticulture, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Interest or experience in sustainable and eco-friendly landscaping practices is a plus.
