Role Description The Landscape Architect will be responsible for designing and planning outdoor spaces for residential and commercial projects, ensuring they are functional, sustainable, and visually cohesive with the overall architecture. Day-to-day tasks include developing concept designs, preparing detailed landscape drawings, creating planting plans, coordinating with architects, interior designers, and contractors, and visiting sites in Gurugram for assessment and supervision. The role involves collaborating closely with clients to understand their requirements, integrating environmental and regulatory considerations, and overseeing implementation to maintain design quality. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Architecture and Landscape Design to create cohesive, visually appealing outdoor spaces.
• Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Planning and Landscaping to develop functional layouts and manage implementation on site.
• Candidates should possess skills in creating detailed Planting Plans, including plant selection suited to climate, maintenance needs, and design intent.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field, with proficiency in CAD/BIM and graphic design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite).
• Strong spatial visualization, creativity, attention to detail, and knowledge of local building codes, sustainability practices, and site engineering basics.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
