Role Description The Land Documentation role is a full-time position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a combination of on-site and work-from-home days. The role involves preparing, organizing, and maintaining land-related documentation and records for wind park projects, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include reviewing land agreements and titles, updating databases and document management systems, coordinating with legal, technical, and project teams, and responding to documentation-related queries. The role also includes supporting audits and inspections, standardizing document formats, and contributing to process improvements for land and project documentation workflows. Regular communication with internal stakeholders and timely reporting on documentation status are key aspects of the position.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Documentation and Technical Documentation, with the ability to manage large volumes of land and project records systematically.
- Experience or familiarity with Clinical Documentation or other regulated documentation domains, demonstrating attention to compliance and detail.
- Proficiency in Technical Writing, including drafting clear, structured documents, summaries, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to review, interpret, and validate land-related data, agreements, and supporting documents.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field such as Commerce, Law, Engineering, or Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with digital tools and document management systems; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a project-driven environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of land records processes, property documentation, or infrastructure/renewable energy projects is an advantage.
