Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad for a Lamination Supervisor. The Lamination Supervisor will oversee daily lamination processes, ensure quality control, and maintain machinery in optimal working condition. The role involves supervising a team of operators, maintaining production schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and resolving operational issues promptly. The supervisor will also coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of lamination processes and machine operations
• Experience in supervising production teams and managing workflows
• Strong attention to detail, with an emphasis on quality control and safety compliance
• Ability to troubleshoot machinery issues and implement solutions efficiently
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Prior experience in packaging or manufacturing industries preferred
• Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is an asset
