Your Role Lead the deployment and configuration of Lakeside Systrac across desktops, laptops, and VDIs. Assess customer environments and develop tailored deployment and architecture plans. Install, configure, and integrate SysTrack components, ensuring security and performance. Deploy and validate endpoint agents, monitor system health, and automate deployment rules. Create documentation and deliver training to enable a smooth transition to the new team. Your Profile 6+ years in IT with at least 5 years of hands-on Lakeside Systrac experience. Expertise in SysTrack setup, troubleshooting, and automation (e.g., PowerShell scripting). Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and server management. Excellent communication and training skills for both technical and non Any certification in Lakeside Systrac or similar tools. Able to support key transition times and address urgent issues during the handover period.
