LabWare Manual Tester

We are Hiring for an experienced LabWare Manual Tester to join our team in Poland. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manual testing, good exposure to the LabWare platform, and the ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments. The role requires close collaboration with development teams and business stakeholders to ensure the quality and reliability of testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing activities across applications and platforms.
• Design, create, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios.
• Work with LabWare ELN templates and manage data using Excel.
• Utilize ALM tools to create, review, and execute test cases and upload test cases from Excel spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Work in a Scrum/Agile environment following defined standards and testing practices.
• Analyze technical documentation to understand testing requirements.
• Use SQL queries to validate data and assess testing outcomes.
• Maintain and support testing processes using Git/GitHub for version control.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Manual Testing.
• Knowledge or experience with the LabWare platform (preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills, especially working with LabWare ELN templates.
• Experience with ALM tools for test case management.
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Ability to understand and work with technical documentation.
• Experience creating and maintaining manual test cases and scenarios.
• SQL knowledge (Oracle, PostgreSQL) for validating testing results.
• Basic knowledge of Git and GitHub.
