Labor And Employment Attorney

LHH is working with a top company who seeks to fill a key Director Level Position in Cincinnati, Ohio. The company is seeking a talented attorney who enjoys employment counseling, but is also skilled at employment litigation. This role with manage grievances and arbitrations on behalf of their region. The position involves collaborating with an experienced team of business executives and human resources personnel to implement policies and provide training to an international workforce.

Responsibilities include providing expert review and advice on employment matters across different departments and geographies including topics of employment practices, performance management, interpretation of collective bargaining agreements, and execution of corporate policy. Additionally, the position involves collaborating with other departments and internal clients to conduct internal investigations.

The qualified Candidate will have:

• At least three (3) years of experience as a Labor and Employment Attorney
• Focused their practice in employment discrimination, harassment, and wage & hour laws
• Good communication skills and ability to successfully advise senior management
• Ability to travel as needed 20-40%
