Your Role At a Glance We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with expertise in routing protocols such as OMP (SDWAN), BGP, EIGRP & OSPF, switching technologies and experience in working with Cisco Legacy routers and switches, Cisco Viptella SDWAN, Cisco Meraki and Palo Alto / Panorama Firewalls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IPv6 integration and customer provisioning, capable of troubleshooting, implementing, and managing complex network infrastructures. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and Manage LAN and WAN connections, configure network hardware, and ensure optimal performance Configure and manage routing protocols such as OMP, BGP, EIGRP and OSPF across network devices. Set up and maintain network services for clients, ensuring reliable and secure connectivity. Troubleshoot and manage security measures, including firewalls and VPNs, to protect data integrity and prevent unauthorized access. Diagnose and resolve network issues, optimize performance, and ensure high availability. Troubleshoot and Manage Azure / AWS cloud infrastructure networking infrastructure. Lead major network upgrades and migrations. Monitor network performance and capacity, making recommendations for upgrades and improvements. Mentor and train L1 engineers Collaborate with client leadership on strategic initiatives Maintain detailed network diagram and documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures. The Expertise You?ll Bring Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience with network protocols, both Layer 2 and Layer 3, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, Ethernet, VLANs, Trunking, Spanning Tree Protocol, and VRRP/HSRP. Relevant certifications such as CCNA / CCNP or equivalent are preferred. Proficiency with networking equipment from Cisco and other vendors. Familiarity with standard testing and troubleshooting methodologies, including Ping, Traceroute, Wireshark, Debug and validating route advertisements. Understanding of change management processes with attention to detail. Proven ability to learn on the job and follow documented procedures. Experience with Python scripting is a plus.
