Must have skills
Good English speaking skills is a must and ability to use applications like Salesforce
Location: Mumbai
Exp – 1 to 3 years
What this role is all about
A Voice Support Executive handles inbound/outbound calls to assist customers, resolve queries, and provide a positive service experience.
What are the expectations?
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and promptly
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems
- Follow company communication scripts and guidelines
- Meet performance metrics like call quality, AHT, and CSAT
Experience and Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
- Active listening and problem-solving ability
- Patience and empathy while dealing with customers
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Ability to work in shifts (including night shifts for international processes)
