Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kids Apparel Merchandiser, located in New Delhi, with a required commitment to a 2-year bond. The role involves managing merchandise planning, coordinating with various vendors, and forecasting fashion trends in kids' wear. Responsibilities include ensuring inventory management, managing customer orders, collaborating with sales teams, assisting with marketing efforts, and delivering high-quality customer service. The candidate will ensure timely product delivery and analyze market trends to make informed buying decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and vendors.
• Customer Service and Sales experience to understand client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of Retail and Marketing within the apparel industry, particularly kids' fashion.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and inventory management skills.
• Understanding of fashion trends and preference for children’s apparel is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail, merchandising, or a related field is required.
