Position Title: Key Accounts Manager - Warehousing

Experience required: 4 - 8 years

Job Location: Dodaballapur

Job Type: Full-time

Key Roles And Responsibilities

Manage and maintain strong relationships with key warehousing clients to ensure long-term partnerships
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal warehouse operations teams
Understand client supply chain requirements and ensure smooth execution of warehousing services
Monitor service performance and ensure SLA compliance for all key accounts
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and inventory teams to resolve client issues quickly
Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue from existing accounts
Track warehouse utilization, inventory flow, and operational efficiency for client accounts
Prepare regular performance reports and conduct review meetings with key clients
Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational challenges
Collaborate with business development and operations teams to onboard and implement new clients successfully

Skills Required

Experience in warehouse sourcing, supply expansion, logistics, or infrastructure roles is preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to conduct field visits and vendor meetings when required.
Good organizational and reporting skills.
Knowledge of warehousing, logistics, and supply chain infrastructure.
Experience working with warehouse owners, brokers, or logistics vendors.

Qualification: MBA or Related Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.
