Government Business Location: Ahmedabad, India Relocation Support : Yes Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end key account management across government institutions including CGHS, Army, Railways, and state/central hospitals Lead tender management processes, including documentation, clause analysis, and coordination with internal stakeholders Act as the single point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication across therapy area teams Generate demand by engaging with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers in government hospitals Coordinate front-end and back-end tender activities, ensuring timely submissions and compliance Manage account growth post-inclusion, including supply forecasting, servicing, and payment collection Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support therapy-specific initiatives and maximize account potential Ensure complete understanding of government procurement processes, including rate contracts, documentation, and patient journey mapping Role Requirements 8?12 years of experience in key account management roles within government pharmaceutical business Proven expertise in tender management, including documentation, submission, and clause interpretation Strong understanding of government procurement processes and patient journey mapping Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders and external government bodies Ability to manage multiple therapy areas and act as a single point of contact for key accounts Demonstrated success in demand generation and account servicing across CGHS, Army, Railways, and state hospitals Desirable Requirements Exposure to Specialty therapy areas and cross-functional collaboration in government business environments Pharma Sales experience in Government Institutions, Tender Management.
