Company Description Amama Jewels is a contemporary jewellery brand born from heirloom inspiration and a vision to offer “all you need” under one roof. The brand has gained strong recognition, with intricately designed pieces worn by leading celebrities and influencers across India.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow our presence on leading marketplaces, with a primary focus on Myntra and Nykaa, along with select smaller platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing Myntra and a strong understanding of marketplace dynamics within the fashion or jewellery category


Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Account Management:

  • Manage end-to-end operations for Myntra and including pricing and promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers and internal stakeholders to drive growth.
  • Develop strategies to increase visibility, conversions, and revenue across marketplaces.


Marketing & Promotions:

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and marketing activations (events, sale periods, influencer tie-ins, etc.).
  • Manage paid visibility and advertising budgets effectively (e.g., Myntra Ads etc.) to drive ROI and reach
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI, CTR and conversion rates

Inventory, Pricing & Operations:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and on-time fulfillment
  • Manage pricing, offers, and discount structures to ensure competitiveness and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with all platform SLAs and maintain top-rated seller performance

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor daily sales, product performance, and returns, identifying areas of improvement.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on key metrics such as sales growth, sell-through, and profitability.
  • Analyze competition and market trends to identify opportunities for expansion


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketplace account management, with mandatory hands-on experience on Myntra and working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
  • Experience within fashion, accessories, or jewellery categories preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace analytics tools (Amazon Pi, Myntra Partner Portal, etc.)


Work Environment:

  • Work from Office – 5 days a week
